splitter/splitlayout freezes after click on disabled collapse button

      Steps to Reproduce

      run https://zkfiddle.org/sample/3cilbo2/2-ZK-4765

      click the middle of the separator

      Current Result

      splitter freezes in position
      it can no longer be moved (mouse, keyboard)

      Expected Result

      splitter remains draggable/movable

      Debug Information

      error occurs since ZK 7 (still works in 6.5.8.1)
      error happens independent of za11y.jar
