Wrong position of vertical custom scrollbar if horizontal scroll position was changed

      Steps to Reproduce

      run attached zul
      scroll horizontally

      Current Result

      the position of the vertical scrollbar is wrong

      Expected Result

      the position of the vertical scrollbar is right
