z-columns-bar doesn't have correct width when a scrollbar appears

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. load the attached zul
      2. click "add" button 3 times to produce a vertical scrollbar in the first Grid

      Current Result

      .z-columns-bar has 0px width

      Expected Result

      .z-columns-bar should have non-zero px width like the 2nd Grid
