Steps to Reproduce
1. run the zkfiddle http://zkfiddle.org/sample/1033sa8/1-resizing-with-hidden-column
2. hide a column
3. resize another column
4. show the column again
Current Result
the column reappears with the wrong width
Expected Result
the column reappears with 150px as initially defined
