      Steps to Reproduce

      run the attached example navbar-horizontal-ZK-3754.zul
      click the button -> child navitem is added to currently open <nav>

      Current Result

      the <nav> element width increases

      Expected Result

      the <nav> element width remains unchanged

      Debug Info

      does not happen when the <nav> is closed
