hidden columns line wrap cell content and affect row height

      Steps to Reproduce

      run the attached example grid-rowheight-hiddencol.zul
      hide columns using the column header menu

      Current Result

      when cells with multiple words get hidden the whole row height is increased

      Expected Result

      hidden cells should not increase the overall row height

      Debug Info

      hidden cells get a width of 0.1px which causes the contents to line wrap inside the cell -> increasing the row height
