Steps to Reproduce

run the attachment in IE11 and click into the large yellow area (might require multiple clicks to actually see it)
It happens more often when clicking outside the browserwindow and then back into it

Actual Result

sometimes the backround flickers, more complex UI's are more likely to flicker

no flickering

Debug Info

in my tests this didn't happen in version 8.0.2.1 and started to happen with 8.0.3.FL.20160810-Eval and above

so far this only happens for the combination of <listbox> inside a scrollable <center> component of a <borderlayout>

this example uses custom background styles to make the issue more visible, by default the flickering is just white
