run the attachment using the latest FL version

actual result

the width of the div around the grid/listbox is calculated without the scrollbarwidth

expected result

the grid/listbox should not overlap the surrounding div
i.e. the surrounding div should seamlessly surround the grid/mesh

debug info

this works as expected in the FL version 8.0.3.FL.20160811-Eval
and starts to fail from 8.0.3.FL.20160817-Eval

root cause

suspected sideffect of ZK-3266
