Clients.resize() keeps increasing a component's height with vflex="min"

      steps to reproduce

      1. run the attached zul
      2. click toggle button several times

      actual result

      the groupbox' height keep increasing.

      debug info

      • there are 2 factors that cause this: padding on the header, and vflex="min". Remove any of them eliminates the issue.
