bandbox unexpected onChanging event in FF

      run the attached example

      1. open the second bandbox
      2. use the scrollbar of the listbox (not mousewheel, click/drag it)
      3. click outside the popup to close it

      now an "onChanging" event is sent to the server even though nothing was changed inside the bandbox

      this does not happen when there is a grid inside the bandpopup

      the problem does not occur on chrome/IE
