      steps to reproduce

      1. load the attached zul and java
      2. open chrome dev tool
      3. enter a text e.g. 'a' in the 1st textbox
      4. drag the 1st row to 2nd

      actual result

      no onChange event fired, only onDrop event fired

      expected result

      onChange event fired first, then onDrop event fired
