the attached example contains a window at the right side of the screen with
buttons to trigger error messages on a component out of view in combination with data-scrollable on the window.
when scrolling the component into view manually data-scrollable always tries to display the error message at the right end of the input component. In this case the error message is then displayed offscreen, causing a horizontal scrollbar (which can't be used on chrome).
Anyway clicking the second button scrolls the component into view directly and the error message is positioned to the left of it, making it visible (which is a more useful behavior).
when then scrolling the error message out of view, and scrolling it back into view, it again appears on the right being obstructed by the screen boundaries.
