Constraint error box's tooltip is confusing in German

      Steps to reproduce

      1. load the zul below in German locale 
        <textbox constraint="no empty"/>
      2. triger an error box
      3. hove on the error box, a tooltip appears

      actual result

      Display "Gehe zum falschen Feld" which means "Go to the wrong field"

      Debug info

      A similar issue is fixed ZK-1419 in English locale.
