listbox scrollposition not updating (keyboard control)

when navigating across pages using arrow up/down, the scroll position does not update in a listbox with multiple selection (for single selection this works)

in the attached example, move [down] to element 19, and press [down] again to move to the next page, the first element (20) is selected.
the scroll position is again updated correctly when pressing [down] again to select element 21
