input fields losing focus in listbox

when trying to focus an input field in the example, the focus is immediately lost and the listitem is focused instead

this happens in the combination multiple="true" and nonselectableTags=""

single selection works as expected, and the focus remains in the clicked element textbox, selectbox, button ... and the listitem is selected at the same time
