childrenbinding exception on clear()

      when using children binding, calling ListModelList.clear causes an java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException:
      at java.util.LinkedList.checkElementIndex(LinkedList.java:555)
      at java.util.LinkedList.get(LinkedList.java:476)
      at org.zkoss.bind.impl.ChildrenBindingListDataListener.onListModelDataChange(ChildrenBindingListDataListener.java:91)
