Requirement description

The first level of a Navbar is category-only. So if a user is on a specific site, a submenu-entry is highlighted. If the user now clicks on another category, the information, where he/she currently is, is lost until the correct category is opened again. As we like to act like an application and not a website, a breadcrumbs is not a solution, nor is headlines/titles. We just want the navbar to stay open.

In summary:

• When selecting a Navitem, a Navbar doesn't close the previously-selected Navitem.
