run the attached example:
opening the modal window directly without serverpush -> works
opening the modal window triggered by a server push dummy request -> fails
-> nothing is displayed even if the zkau response contains the window widget

the same example still works in 7.0.5 and stopped working from 7.0.6/7.0.6.1
