run the attached example and select a range of items using SHIFT-LeftClick
(following the steps of this video (http://screencast.com/t/cOm4Q1NsIY))

There are several issues:
1.) not all items in the range are selected
2.a) initially only the last checkmark is set (but 43 items are selected)
2.b) when scrolling up and down again the checkmarks are updated

this issue does not occur when ROD is disabled
