execute the attached example and toggle the error message

sometimes (~50% of the time) the css class of the first textbox is not updated properly when toggling the error message.

after refreshing the page it either works or keeps failing

the problem can be worked around in 2 ways, either always set the "error" parameter when invoking the formGroup template, or removing the surrounding <sh:apply>
