LayoutRegion / East / North components can be setOpen true or false.
If you set component open false then user can click on a bar to display / open contents.
After clicking any other component other than LayoutRegion floating window with the components disapears (as expected)

What is needed,
If I have a component "in the floating window" itself and performing an action opening a window or any other thing.
It looks there is no way to hide floating open region programatically as I know.

In short,

I have an East setOpen(false) user clicks to the bar on the left and clicks a button on floating openned window. I need an option to hide the floating window.
