event forwarding to a component whose ID is dynamically set behaves differently when the same zul page is used as root included
to refernce the componenent it is stored in a custom attribute which is used in the forward expression

running the attached example you can reproduce the differences when accessing it from
eventforward.zul (as root)
or
main.zul (includes eventforward.zul)
