A tool tip popup will always close the popup for left or right clicks if the mouse is not moved over the popup immediately. This is very annoying for us as we use context menus and custom tool tips in the same components and the menus are often closed automatically if you don't pay close attention.
It works better when you combine context popups with "normal" tool tip text. If you then open the context menu it suppresses the tool tip and is not closed (see my Fiddle).

Please suppress the tool tip popup the way the tool tip text is suppressed by other popups?
