when the number of rows in the listbox are grater than the height (in other word when we have a scroll inside the listbox) their is shift in the body of the listbox , border of the columns are not alligned with the borders od the listitems vertically . to note that this issue is reproducing on all browsers/server and its not reproduced when height of rows is less then the listbox height
