Horizontal scrollbar of Listbox covers the last item from being clicked

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. run attached zul
      2. hover mouse on the listbox to make horizontal scrollbar appear

      Actual

      the scrollbar covers the last item, so that users cannot click the last item.

      Expected:

      the scrollbar doesn't cover the last item

      workaround

      use native bar
      <custom-attributes org.zkoss.zul.nativebar="true"/>
