      Description

      Hi,

When applying the chapter 3 example code from documentation (ref http://books.zkoss.org/wiki/ZK%20Essentials/Chapter%203:%20User%20Interface%20and%20Layout),i've changed the value of vflex from 1 to min (index.ZUL), when i run the example on FF, it works perfectly, but when running in chrome (32),the rendering of the page is weird, it doesn't consider the min value of the north tag of the borderlayout.

The strange thing is that when i keep refreshing the browser, sometimes it calculates the min value and just after that the problem appears.

Please give feed back if there's any solution to this problem.

As a workaround, i'm forced to specify a height=XY px on the north tag in order to make chrome consider the height.
