the fix for http://tracker.zkoss.org/browse/ZK-2096 works in gereral.
Quite often there will be a flickering when replacing the column headers where you can see the dummy-scrollbar column left of the columns for a fraction of a second,
and then it moves to the correct place afterwards.

This makes the appearance of the UI less "solid" and reduces the visual quality of the application.
