Validation error message does not scroll with component.

A validation error dialog does not scroll when its associated component scrolls. To reproduce, run the associated zul. Click the text box, then tab away to lose focus and produce the validation error message. Then scroll the window - the error message does not change position and is no longer pointing to the text box.
