detach - reattach component in ViewModel @AfterCompose, fails to initialize bindings

      detaching and reattaching a component in @AfterCompose method in ViewModel worked in 6.5.2 but does no longer work in 6.5.3 (might be a side effect of fix for ZK-1699)

      running the attached example will work in 6.5.2 but not in 6.5.3 or latest 6.5.4 FL 2013/08/12 version
