Closing a window that has a PDF embedded in an iframe in IE 10 closes the ZK portions but the PDF remains

This does work OK in IE9 and Firefox 18+ and chrome.

Have attached an example of this not working, please add the attached zul page and class to your project and edit the hardcoded path to point to the pdf that is attached. When you load the page you will see a close button top right, for us in IE 10 this will display the behaviour described above. We need the PDF to disappear as it does it ie9 and other browsers.

For information - the reason we need the timer is that in the full version of our code we genereate the pdf and it can take some time, and we have to wait for iText to complete preparing it.
