run the example using freshly 6.5.3.FL.20130419
steps to reproduce (simplest case):
open "Row A 0"
close "Row A 0"
update "Row A 0" (clicking either c1 or c2 in first row)
open "Row A 0" again
-> the child nodes of "Row A 0" are now located above their parent
clicking (open/close/updating rows) more in the tree will eventually relocate childnodes of other root nodes to random places too
--> e.g. sorting the tree will fix the order again
