ThemeProvider define in zk.xml in jar doesn't work

      update from ZK 6.5.1 to 6.5.2 FL (6.5.2.FL.20130312)

      the zul.jar in 6.5.2 FL contains a ThemeProvider

      if custom.jar contains a zk.xml with theme-provider-class, the theme provider setting may replace by zul.jar (depends on jar's loading sequence), break backward compatible
