Horizontal scroll disappear with element frozen

If we have a grid with scroll bar and an element frozen, the horizontal scroll bar disappear if we minimize de zoom browser. You can try it in http://www.zkoss.org/zkdemo/grid/spreadsheet_functionalities?search=frozen
