IE 8 only, with ROD

Steps
1. drag column 2
2. drop at column 1
-> data doesn't show up

Note.
1. if user drag grid's vertical scrollbar, data can show up correctly
2. if invalidate the gird, data can show up correctly. In TableViewerComposer line 83
3. in page load, column doesn't align well on IE 8, refer to align.png, if user drag grid's vertical scrollbar, columns will align correctly
4. in page load, if resize browser window, the grid become empty
