      1. load a blank sheet with 7.0.0.FL.202407311711-Eval
      2. scroll down the sheet
      3. check the row heading

      Current Result


      The row header border is misaligned, displaying an inconsistent or broken visual line between row numbers.

      Expected Result

      The row header border should be properly aligned, displaying a continuous and consistent line between row numbers.
