      Steps to Reproduce

      export keikai-751.xlsx to pdf

      Current Result

      it shows the 2nd paragraph in the leading part (before the page break)
      it shows the 1st paragraph in the trailing part (after the page break)

      Expected Result

      shows the 1st paragraph in the leading part (before the page break)
      shows the 2nd paragraph in the trailing part (after the page break)

      • y offset is wrong when rendering a text of a cell across a page boundary
