User Story

As an end-user, I want to open a data validation dropdown with a keyboard, which is usually more efficient when I do most operations with a keyboard

Acceptance Criteria

• a user can press "alt + down" to open a validation dropdown
• select items in the dropdown with a keyboard
• after closing the dropdown, the focus back to the spreadsheet and navigates the cells with a keyboard
