User Story
As a developer, I use autofit height and wrapped text in some of my rows.
These rows are rendered with "the least vertical spacing required" to display the whole text.
If the font is small and the text fits on one line, this cause the line to be narrower than the average row in my document.
(run attached sample for context)
I want to be able to set a minimum height for autofit height, so that the row may grow larger, but not shrink smaller than the default height.
Acceptance Criteria
Either row level or sheet level "min autofit height" property to prevent the autofit from shrinking rows under a given height
Details
current workaround: remove either autofit height (by manually setting a height on the target row), or text wrap on the cells of the row.
