Steps to Reproduce

run keikai with attached excel document
update cell A1 from true to false, then from false to true

Current Result

B4 updates conditional formatting (because it is refreshed by its formula)
B5 updates conditional formatting (because it is next to B4)
B6, B7 both do not update conditional formatting

Expected Result

All conditional formatting cells are updated by dependency from Cell A1
