arrow key moves selection box in 2 cells once

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. import keikai-605.xlsx
      2. select A1
      3. press the right arrow key

      Current Result

      the selection box is at C1, it moves 2 cells distance

      Expected Result

      the selection box is at B1

      Debug Information

      • pressing up, down, right, or left keys all have the same problem
      • This only happens on a sheet with a chart.
