      As an application developer, I want to calculate the row height of a horizontal-merged cell, so that I can set a proper height for the row to display the text completely.

      an API that can calculate the row height for a horizontal-merged cell and a vertical and horizontal-merged cell

      Details

      KEIKAI-535 CellOperationUtil.getAutoFitHeight() only works for a vertical-merged cell.
