copy and paste a conditional formatting and exporting it produces a corrupted file

Steps to Reproduce

1. import keikai-568.xlsx
2. copy B1 to B2, which contains a conditional formatting with a formula
3. open the file in Excel

Current Result

Excel shows an alert:
We found a problem with some content in 'export (1).xlsx'. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.

If you repair and open the file, the picture and column width will lose
