notifyVisibleAreaChange() causes a javascript error

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. click "Filter with notify" button
      2. scroll down to 1300 row
      3. click "Filter with notify" button again

      Current Result

      Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getCell')

      enable filter without notifyVisibleAreaChange()
