auto fill doesn't keep the number format when dragging twice

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. import the attached file
      2. select A1:E1
      3. drag down to row 5 with fill handle
      4. don't cancel the current selection, drag down to row 8 with fill handle again

      Current Result

      row 6 ~ row 8, keikai doesn't keep the percentage and currency format for drag-filling cells

      Expected Result

      keikai keeps the percentage and currency format
