Steps to Reproduce

with the setting:

    <library-property>
        <name>io.keikai.formula.maxIterations</name>
        <value>20</value>
    </library-property>

1. import the attached file, select "investment" sheet
2. set B2 with a formula =B3
3. check B3 value

In Excel, it produce the expected value
