change a cell value and the height shrinks to one line

Steps to Reproduce

1. import the attached file with 5.8.0.FL.20210831
2. append one character, a, at the end of the last line the text at G2, having a multi-lines text
or delete the text at F2

Current Result

the height of row 2 becomes into 1-line high

Expected Result

the height of row 2 keeps the same
