      Steps to reproduce

      1. import t12808.xlsx (protect workbook and protect sheet enabled with password) with 5.8.0.FL.20210817-Eval
      2. export it and open the exported file in Excel

      Current result

      "Unprotect Sheet" button is disabled in Excel

      Expected result

      "Unprotect Sheet" button is enabled in Excel, so users can unprotect the sheet
