      1. edit Headcount!I172

      Current Result

      it takes about 50s to update all dependents

      Expected Result

      reduce the time

      Workaround

      switch a flag to enable/disable dependents update, so users can edit multiple cells and update once in a batch. (see ControlUpdateComposer.java )
