      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In Excel 2016, open a blank sheet

      2. Save it as the legacy excel format (xls) 

      Current Result

      Can't import

      org.zkoss.poi.hssf.record.RecordInputStream$LeftoverDataException: Initialisation of record 0x896 left 3142 bytes remaining still to be read.

      Expected Result

      can successfully import it
       

      Workaround

      use xlsx
