Steps to Reproduce

1. run the attached zul with Chrome 88.0
(load a blank sheet)
2. change the browser zoom level to 150%
(it might require a different zoom level to reproduce in a different machine)

Current Result

this scrollbar will cover the sheet scrollbar

Expected Result

no extra scrollbar

Debug Information

• only happens in Chrome in the specific zoom level. Cannot reproduce it with Firefox 85.0, safari 12.1

Workaround

1. change the zoom level
2. apply
